At Ryker Elite Transport LLC, we value your time and strive to provide professional, reliable luxury transportation. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all bookings.
1. General Policy
All reservations are subject to our cancellation and refund terms outlined below. By booking with Ryker Elite Transport, you agree to these conditions.
2. Cancellation Policy

24 Hours or More Notice:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund with no penalty. -
Less Than 24 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. -
Within 1 Hour or No Show:
If the driver arrives and the passenger does not show within 15 minutes of the pickup time, or cancels within 1 hour, the ride will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded. -
Airport Delays:
If a flight is delayed or changed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will adjust pickup times when possible, but late notifications may still incur waiting time or cancellation fees.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Any service fees, tolls, or add-ons already incurred at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.

Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking at no charge if done at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Rescheduling within 12 hours is subject to availability and may include additional charges.
5. Driver Cancellations or Delays
In the rare event that Ryker Elite Transport must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle issues or driver emergencies), a full refund will be issued immediately, or you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunds or compensation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, accidents, natural disasters, or civil disturbances.
