Welcome to Ryker Elite Transport LLC. By accessing or using our website, booking a ride, or using our transportation services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.

1. General Information

Ryker Elite Transport provides private, luxury transportation services throughout the Greater Phoenix Valley. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Bookings and Reservations

  • All bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via text message.

  • Reservations are confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received.

  • Please double-check all booking details (pickup time, address, flight info, etc.) before confirming your reservation.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made securely online or directly through our approved payment methods.

  • Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • We do not charge surge pricing. Flat-rate or agreed-upon fares apply unless the trip details change mid-ride (e.g., additional stops or waiting time).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 1 hour before pickup) are non-refundable.

5. Conduct & Safety

  • Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted inside vehicles.

  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated, poses a safety risk, or violates company policy.

6. Damage or Cleaning Fees

Any damage to the vehicle interior (including spills, stains, or broken equipment) caused by the passenger will result in a cleaning or repair fee, billed to the card on file.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ryker Elite Transport is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other conditions beyond our control.

  • Missed flights, appointments, or events due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Loss of personal items left in the vehicle.

 

Passengers are responsible for their belongings at all times.

8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. All personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
